When we told them the special occasion, they took our menus from us and proceeded to make us a special meal! It was incredible. They have the best service and the food is incredible.
Our meal was:
Fresh french bread with butter
Wine for him, water for me
Slice of green apple topped with fancy pork, grande padano cheese and a sliver of tomato
(freakin amazing! And so fancy looking!)
Caesar salad
Proscuitto wrapped asparagus and greens w/ an amazing sauce
Lime sorbet to cleanse the pallette
Steak with prawns and goat cheese, scalloped potatoes and veggies for him
Pork steak of some sort with parmesan cheese grated on it, scalloped potatoes, veggies and penne pasta with prawns in a tomato vodka sauce for me
Molten lava chocolate cake with ice cream, blueberries and strawberries for dessert

Wow. That sounds like an awesome place. I've never been to a place where they take your menus to serve you something special. We need to look for nicer restaurants :) Happy Birthday to the hub!
wish we could have been there!! Will have to do it some time. We really are looking forward to some time together... just adults!
