I am not posting today.
Or at least not anything of substance.
I pushed too hard at the gym last night.
I hurt.
I am grumpy.
I am sad.
I have no idea why.
My friend is coming for dinner.
I have to find something to make.
I should leave my house and go find something happy to do.
I don't want to.
I am done whining now.
Time for a nap.

Give yourself a break, let your body recover. Don't let it beat ya though, get back to the gym and just take it easier :)
Having a soak in mustard bath or epsom salts (to relax the muscles) and a nap always makes me feel better. :)
